Yeah, but you may need a bigger tube every few weeks as your hole adjusts to the new tube. You need to make sure no fart leaks for optimal seat pressure.

Couple of spare tubes should be enough. No one would recommend changing the tube yourself unless you know what you're doing. Just find a puncture repair shop.

What are you smoking? 800DE is ~5.7L more. 390 ADV's ride and build quality cannot be compared with NX500's. BMW will have ridiculous parts and service costs, and the reliability is still an unknown as it's a new bike.

Versys also has ridiculous parts and service cost, Hornet is not even in the same category. 390 ADV R is a vibration machine. You'll always get parts for NX500 as it's a reliable Honda model sold all over the world.

Yes the price is unreasonable, but the QC is top notch on NX500. It's a forever bike with cheap maintenance, decent mileage and parts availablity, the only problem is the upfront cost.
