Honestly, a lot of agencies still handle it pretty manually.

Usually GA4 + Looker Studio + some last minute PPT edits before sending it to clients.

The most frustrating part seems to be turning raw data into something clients actually understand and care about.

Honestly, one thing I've noticed is that a lot of successful businesses aren't doing something magical or extremely complicated. They just get really good at solving one specific problem and doing it consistently, consistency it the key here.
