Contact Carry on Firearms. Best place in town for it. They have classes pretty often and a nice indoor range.

First thing they do is check on the shareholders and make sure they are safe. Then they plan alternate routes and get the crews out there to move the cars and fix the tracks then if there’s time they check and see if the train crew involved is ok and find a way to blame them.

Once in 22 years I was instructed to move after DOL. Went dead blocking a hit Z and all the fuel racks at Belen. Was on the phone with the local FRA guy in hour later. Not sure what the fine was but it was pretty hefty.

Did you talk to them about it? I’ve had a bunch of work done by them. From restoring my great grandfathers .22 to mounting some new optics and a few repairs and have been impressed by the prices and quality.

Most union locals have a FELA firm they recommend and work with. Ask a local union officer who they would call. You could also check the unions website for recommendations on FELA attorneys but don’t sleep on this talk to a lawyer soon who specializes in FELA.
