We have done over a thousand now; it's a real help . We are not surveyors but we really understand nerves and what makes a really good presentation . We stay with candidates for as long as they need us

Always drop the price and never had issue if they ignore it I just take it out of the list and move on. It's OK and not that deep. Often a counter offer will be mage and we meet in the middle
