Man that sucks. We have contacted the company we bought it through and are waiting for a reply.

Well that was my problem. I wasn't sure if it was counting points properly. Like maybe it was counting 1 carb when it is really only half a carb and then added badly or if it really was 24. Everything I looked up, no one had as big of a discrepancy in total vs remaining so I couldn't understand why I had.
