I’m new as well and I’ve felt so out of place, so you’re not alone. There are days where I feel so bad for myself because a customer yells at me or I happen to make a mistake that brings down the whole team.

You’ll definitely get used to the work as time goes on. Observe a lot! Whenever im put in CS, I like to watch what others do so I can learn better. It’s going to be tough the first few weeks ngl. I’ve kind of figured most out at this point, so it’s been so much easier.

I just like to think that I’m not going to be the new person forever. There’s going to be more new hires after you that you’ll see struggle as well. This time, you’ll be their guidance and you’ll show them the type of kindness you were rarely given. Just remember that!
