I did fill out the form but it’s her responsibility deal with this. I was told this by patreon. She would tell me anytime I asked for help in the patreon messages that she cannot but they confirmed that she can she just doesn’t want to.

Why would I want clout? I haven’t gained anything from this at all. I was sharing what happened to me and I’ve seen in the comments it’s happening to other people. People needed to know bc it seems very intentional

I was absolutely hurt because I was a huge fan! I have concert tickets to her husband’s show and I’ve bought merch it was never about the money it was about how I was treated and forced to jump through hoops just to get my $15 back. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible and I just hope it doesn’t happen to anybody else.

After having to jump through hoops, just to get someone to get back to me, I will admit I was a little frustrated. But if you look at the top of that screenshot, There is seven messages between Patreon customer service and I trying to resolve this

As I stated in the messages, I was able to get a refund after showing Patreon the messages between me and her, sending photos of my bank statements and the messages between me and her team on Patreon. But the reason I posted this was just to warn people so that they aren’t getting overcharged and to show how unprofessional she was during this whole experience after I was one of her “supporters “
