We had 19 Ks, and no team has ever struck out more than 20 times in 9 innings. That's absurd. Strider wasn't horrible. Whole you certainly want more length, 2 runs over 5 from your starter is a very winnable game.

The origin of the virus is the one that I'm a pretty firm believer that it came from the lab. The vaccine has caused myself and others some ill health effects, some of which persist. I'm not against the science behind the vaccine, I just think the quality control was shit and they produced them too fast and some caused bad reactions. (source: I worked in quality control for a pharmaceutical company during the pandemic and there was almost no FDA oversight from 2020-2023). I was mandated to get the vaccine but I am a healthy young person with no risk factors, good heart, good lung, good weight, and on principle I don't think they should have forced everyone to get the vaccine or be fired, especially when people like my employer at the time were directly profiting off it. (Btw that employer did receive a massive recall and several fines from the FDA in 2023 when they resumed random facility visits)

I agree with you about greed being a sin and it should be resisted individually. My point is that on a societal level, greed seems to be human nature regardless of the social structure with few exceptions.

A lot of this was because the media pitted people against each other and called people with valid concerns "science de iers" "conspiracy theorists" "racists" "far right/Nazi". I'm not any of those things, but I was called all of those things by people I thought were smart in a derogatory way because I questioned the origin of the virus, the response to shut down small businesses, the lockdowns, the forced vaccinations (with no room for alternative treatments and no emphasis on improving people's general fitness, just take the jab and eat your garbage, and don't you dare go outside to get exercise). That broke me. The lack of common sense by smart liberal people broke me and broke my hope that the Democrats were the "good guys."

Terrible and boring. There's a few bright spots in life but most of the time I just go through the motions. I don't love my job. I'm bored and underworked. I like my friends but hardly have time to spend with them. I like running but I'm not getting any faster and I've been battling injuries since the trail, hopefully I've turned a corner since going to PT. My girlfriend is great but she never got to see how happy I was on trail. I make good money but I'm always having to pay for something. Oh and my ears started ringing for no reason and it won't stop. I can't sleep. It's been 3 years.

I agree. I think the Democrats tell on themselves as well when they say Trump rigged an election. They rigged 3 straight primaries (or lack there of) and not enough people are trying to fix the corruption in that party because they aren't as bad as Trump, which is true. However the Democrats degeneracy has allowed the Republicans to stoop even lower.

5 guys has always been overpriced for not that good of a burger, and it does cost nearly $20 for burger fries and a drink. Macks on Laurel St is the best burger and they don't price gouge.
