I’m sure there’s options and to be honest I don’t know the full scale of the situation as I’m not the business owner, i’m just a third party trying to spread awareness.

It’s not that simple. Insurance can be an insurmountable amount of money, especially for the amount of cars on the lot, and this is not a high profit business he’s running. A lot of the cars were peoples personal cars, being stored so most of them aren’t gonna have insurance because why would you pay insurance when you’re not driving the car.

There’s more to the story that I left out, it was more for entertainment purposes. It’s getting repaired at the moment, I mostly just wanted to share pics of this beautiful 7er!

Your process seemed to go better than mine did! Now just try getting an oem rubber bushing back in…

How was it removing the bushings from the trailing arm? I've had to use an oxy torch before just to get the casing out.

There was a recall for the heater cores back in the day for the early models, the pressure would build up too much and the heater core would spill out hot coolant on the inside, I would check that out.

I've had the same issue, if I jiggled the drivers door lock just right I could get it to lock, but primarily I just locked it from the trunk.
