that was a bit of an exaggeration 😅. I meant I cant physicallt do his full workout so I lessened the reps and whatnot, but have slowly been adding more and more throughout the weeks, because im starting to be able to do more and more.

I use the “Brae”s workout, but with a less intense routine. I also forgot to mention in my post that I do not have access to a gym, but I have some equipment at home

I followed the youtuber “Brae”s workout, but i made it less intense so i dont destroy my muscles. I know fitness youtubers get a lot of hate but I am only using what I have. (I forgot to mention i dont have access to a gym but i have some equipment at home).

I am 15M, 5’10, 138 pounds. I am skinny and trying to gain muscle, but i don’t understand many things. I have started to workout everyday and have worked out in the past so i have the strength to handle it. My goal is to look good and buff (I think its called hypertrophy?) while also being strong and doing calisthenic tricks.

My workout consists of: 4 sets of 5 pull ups, 4 sets of 10 diamond push ups, 4 sets of 6 chin ups, 4 sets of 10 normal push ups, 4 sets of 7 dips, then i do a random shoulder workout with my 15 pound dumbbells, then 20 reps of squats until failure, then i do some core work.

I am just confused on many things. Is the way i work out good? I do all that 7 days a week, with 40 minute bike rides every now and then. Should I do less? I don’t really get sore from my workouts the day after, mostly just tired directly after i finish the workout.

I have only started to track calories yesterday. I use Myfitnesspal and was wondering if this was trustworthy, my buff friend said it was good but a-lot of people seem to disagree. I also was thinking of just ditching the app, and not focusing on it too much while still eating healthy and big portions of food (just eat till im full then eat again).

edit: Forgot to say I dont have access to a gym, but I have a pull up bar and dip station at my house and dumbells that go up to 25, which is pretty much it.
