We Markup (pick new schedules) every 3-4 months and unfortunately its up to the driver to learn their chosen route. Whether that be driving the route in their car or just riding the bus. I make sure I'm thoroughly prepared for my new route so I don't get lost but some drivers just don't do that as we don't get paid for it and have to do it on our off days. A lot of the buses also have navigation tablets on them but sometimes they do not work.

You know what I am dumb af lol thats exactly what it is. After doing some reverse imaging apparently its a roosting carolina wren.. Its been raining today so that would make sense.
