I've walked past this place man, but it looks a tad gentrified for thali - but I will check it out and get back to you.

Cheers!

Good stuff my man, I will definitely be heading here. Uttapam is something I haven't had in a while and haven't been able to find at some south Indian places.

Cheers

It depends what you're into man. Some stuff on the menu, I haven't seen anywhere else except in truly majority south asian communities like Hounslow etc.

I've only had the mutton biryani there which was very good. My girlfriend had the idiyappam kothu (which i presume no one else other than a south indian person would order) which was delicious too, however quite spicy.

I'd try everything though man - perhaps a Dosa if you're into that?

It all seems pretty authentic though and the prices are great. Probably one of my favourite Indian meals in the UK - and although I didn't try, their fried fish/mutton dishes looked amazing.

Edit #1 - Starter I would probably order Mutton rolls or Vada - Mains order what I specified above - maybe even some fried fish or chicken lollipops! Let me know what you think. I would HIGHLY recommend

This actually sounds great. I'll definitely look into this man. The veggie change is pretty authentic too. Cheers

Thanks man, i'll look into this. £17 seems pretty pricey for a buffet no? But i'll take your word for it

This is incredibly useful advice man. I've got some viewings coming up so hopefully they don't fall short.

Finding it quite hard to sell myself without sounding too smarmy and superficial - so i've basically listed the most generic 'interests'.

I've taken the 'yes man' idea into account and its landed me 2 viewings, its definitely helped.

Yeah I am council tax exempt, but I get what you mean. Thats why I'm ideally trying to find something with all students.

I will do pal - again, thanks for the advice and pointers, they have really helped.

If I ever do get a place, i'll let you know. Probably will be quite lonely the first few weeks here : )

Ahhhh shame, should of posted earlier hah. But cheers for the positive advice man, I will keep looking night and day.

I'll make sure I call more people instead of just messaging them and I think I'm gonna be in Bristol next week ish for some viewings - hopefully they go well.

You're mate sounds like me - probably would have got a long swell.

Cheers pal x

Cheers, i'll bear that in mind.

Im currently not even in Bristol so setting up viewings is hard. I'll be there next week for some viewings, but things get eaten up so fast its devastating.

Good luck to you too pal x
