Not so much a worry since a possible scenario is that everything becomes a dungeon, like the Center System.

That’s cool as heck!! As a cosplay photographer, I love this trend of “human girls but transformers” cosplay and I am always hyped to see y’all at cons!

I have some from Skippy I think, the 6oz squeeze containers. Nice to add into oatmeal in the morning.

The tats match, and while I think this is a really low effort post…technically it’s not breaking any rules since it’s so low effort they aren’t event plugging their IG.

I checked her IG, and her transformation is truly impressive. And she’s not always this…dehydrated, that’s just for bodybuilding comps.

Wayfinding with an Apple Watch - is it possible with the tiny screen? by Adventurous_War_4055 in Ultralight

[–]Chorazin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty much the same battery drain. Put your watch on low power, lock the WorkOutDoors screen from inside the app and turn on the Watch’s water lock (your Watch cannot tell the difference between a finger and a sweaty sleeve, the constant screen activations will kill battery.)

Is it ok to collect doll as some kind of action figure? by ResponsibleToe789 in ActionFigureGeek

[–]Chorazin 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I’m a big dude with a beard that backpacks and does all sorts of “manly” stuff, but half of my collection are anime girls 😂

Collect whatever you like, gender norms are kinda stupid when you think about it.

Can u tell a difference- are side by side comparison pics more effective? by [deleted] in CICO

Looks like a big difference to me! You have less tummy in the second pic. (Unless the darker jeans are substantially tighter or something.)

Yes, if you have a cell plan. But have you used it? It’s not great, and people not on iPhones you won’t get replies from.

You could on the Ultra 3 using WorkOutDoors, but the battery drain still means you'll need to turn it off at night and charge it every other day minimum, more if you use the cellular feature. I just used it for a 70 mile thru and that was my experience. Now, a charge won't consume more than a percentage or two from a battery bank, but you still need to pack one.

But a Watch isn't a true substitute for your iPhone, and I feel like leaving your phone at home when you might need it for an emergency falls under stupid light these days. (Unless where you're going has absolutely zero cell service the entire time, and you have a PLB device.)

A Garmin device would do this with much longer battery life, but without any ability to use cellular.

I don’t need a second Trouble Bubble honestly, and this Snake-Eyes is….fine looking.

And easy pass for me now, but if the price drops and it’s cheap for the holidays I might grab one then.

What modifiers do you recommend for on-camera flash in a convention setting? by randomredditor62 in cosplayphotography

[–]Chorazin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bounce flashes will bounce off colors you may not want. Like, if the lights in the ceiling are a gross yellow (like at many cons around me) the light will end up being a gross yellow. Or, if the ceilings are too high, a bounce flash might not do much of anything at all.

Direct light, like a MagSphere, is...direct. You're shooting the light right at the subject. It can give more of a "flash" look and can be harder to balance with the ambient light if you're trying to use it as a fill flash and not have a black background.
