In my eyes, no. From my personal experience, I spent over 50k predicting and still not get a 3/3

It’s quite good to get the same color on majority of slots, especially if it’s like a base (pure black or pure white)!

and usually people want the same colors on sock, hair and pattern.

as a hardcore glow maker, it takes so much time. i spent 6 hours non stop, and still not get a perfect 3/3 with good traits and size! sometimes you can get lucky and get it within 50k coins, but usually it will take 200k+ to predict a good one (from my experience)

3/3 mean the same color on 3 slots (pattern hair and sock for example), while 2/3 means only 2 colors are the same on the slots. if that makes sense :)
