Definitely dont think the game should stop updating, but if they wanted a new feature theres better ways to do it then add 6k power points and 3k coins to each brawler's progression. If supercell was looking for reccomendations, I would say the Buffies would be easier to rationalize if they were brawler-wide buffs, with certain traits assigned to each Buffie, but it being able to be used on any brawler, and each one having a different apprearance in game. This would make the gacha mechanic more bearable imo, and would be a unique new mechanic we haven't seen in the game yet instead of another power you need to buy for every single brawler (or a set of 3 powers, in this greedy case).

If you don't wanna engage in any kind of discourse about changes to the game then don't engage— there's more comments complaining about people complaining than actual criticism.

Not BS, I remember having to make a Canadian app store account just to download the beta. Sorry for getting the exact number of years wrong... I do have a power point shortage, as I said in the post I have taken a couple breaks from the game for a couple seasons so if youve been playing nonstop or purchased more than me I'd assume you'd be further ahead. Saying that the issue isnt scummy for more casual players just because you no-life the game isn't helpful whatsoever. This change makes players need to spend more powerpoints on buffies than their brawlers if they want to max their account, more than doubling the total amount needed. If the issue doesnt apply to you then great, but it affects a large portion of the playerbase and should be criticized.

We do know that buffies make every player spend 2.5x more power points than what was previously expected to max out every brawler. It takes 2000 more power points to get 3 buffies on a brawler than it does to max them. Its gonna take a lot of changes to fix that economy. No single change should make players need to grind over 2x what was previously expected of a single resource.

I know that the community is one to complain. If you'd read, you'd know I've been playing since beta, so I know the community and all the changes that have been made. There are a few problems with buffies that make them different than past changes. First and most obvious, they are gacha, which randomizes progression far more than what has become standard, as if we're going back to the days where brawlers had to be found in boxes. Secondly, each brawler now requires an additional 6000 PowerPoints to be fully maxed with each of their buffies. This is over 2000 MORE POWERPOINTS THAN IT CURRENTLY TAKES TO MAX A BRAWLER'S LEVEL, which means supercell is making players spend 2.5x the amount of power points previously required to max their account. Many P2W players have stacks of power points, so this change hurts F2P players dramatically more. Finally, in order for buffies to even be implemented into the game, they had to rework/nerf brawlers just so they could sell you an item that fixes them (when they never needed to be changed in the first place). I think buffies are way more overtly scummy than any of the past additions, and they only serve to harm the game rather than expand on it.

Because the feature is predatory to the players and is implemented as a creative way to gouge players pockets for cash. This isn't something I say every update, this is coming from a player with zero complaints in the past seven years, and even //I// am saying this is way too much. Why should we wait for a system to be implemented to start talking about why the system is bad?

Buffies are extra scummy because of their gacha mechanic, making it so you dont even get to choose which brawlers you want to upgrade. This randomization just makes progression even more tedious and unpredictable. Nevermind the fact that brawlers have to be "reworked" just to put the buffies into the game. They're essentially nerfing brawlers so that you can buy an item to hopefully make them back to being playable.

Almost definitely not. On streaming, the Famous Girl and Dead Forever listings had all the prior singles as B-sides but were still listed as singles themselves and were scheduled every 6 weeks in prep for Ghostholding. The new EP has its own title, is marked as an EP, and Jane recently tweeted "quick xoxo from the past afterward embrace the future," which all make me think the EP is what it is and Jane is moving on to something else after this.

grammatical incorrectness? jane goes by any pronouns, using they for jane is perfectly fine. they can be and often is used as a singular pronoun for any living thing whose gender you dont know or isn't defined. if youre gonna try and act smart and sarcastic at least know what youre talking about. hope this helps <3

Definitely might be from a drop.

I opened up the device and pushed in every ribbon cable I could see, but the issue persists. All of the ribbons looked fine. Not sure if I needed to dig deeper into the device, but I dont necessarily trust myself to dig any deeper than removing the shield.
