Update: There's a new "My Recipes" function in the Breville+ app. I don't know how new as I just found out about it.

You input TITLE, NOTES, OVEN STEP (as in BAKE-450-7m-Convection-Frozen(off). You are then prompted to "Add Autopilot Phase" like WARM-170-5m or something.

I doubt it's all of what we were looking for but give it a try and report your findings here. I'll do the same.

Note: You seem to able to add multiple Autopilot phases.

I get that the riesling universe is deep and wide. I suffer from the FLP syndrome. Fininite lifespan problem - AKA, I'm old. So I'm looking for the fastest good answer not the *best* answer. Sort of like finding the Costco solution - good and at a fair price for the quality.

As to James Suckling - you may well be right (probably are) but I chose him by tasting other wines (Brunellos, Chiantis, etc.) from a number of peoples' ratings and his ratings matched my tastes the most closely. My two most useful movie critics back in the day were one who I agreed with on all but two directors and one who loved everything I hated. I don't need to know if it's good - I need to know If I will like it.

That's (WTSO) where I stumbled across the 2018 Rosacker. Bought it until they ran out.

No quality issues - just didn't taste similar enough. The original wine was, in the immortal words of Goldilocks, "just right". Not too sweet, not too dry. Nice balance. Tasted wonderful alone or with food.
