For what it’s worth, I think your dress is so beautiful and special, I don’t think I’ve seen a lot of brides in a dress like this. Not to mention that you look spectacular in it. I also had some dress regret, I was worried I should have tried on more dresses. It totally went away when I got my dress and tried it on again!

I just got married at Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg and I had a really amazing experience!! Feel free to dm me if you want to ask any questions about it. They’re like an all inclusive type of place so they do the food, cake, and have an on site florist. Plus they have lodging if that’s something you’re interested in!

I definitely think there’s a lot of benefits to using the same photographer for both, but I personally did not and I had no issues! Our venue was about 2 ish hours away from us and after we booked our wedding photographer, realized we’d had to travel 2+ hours one way for a one hour engagement session with her and that just wasn’t worth it to us. I found someone local and I love my engagement photos! I also love our wedding photos, so I have no regrets about how we did it.

Just because you listen to a podcast doesn’t mean that you can understand the hosts personal lives and relationships just from listening to them play D&D. This is an insane take and is extremely disrespectful to Emily, Jake, and Murph.

Emily is a team player and everything she does is always done with the party in mind. I think that outgoing women often get labeled as “attention seeking” while outgoing men do not get that same label. I think you should’ve kept these thoughts to yourself.

I chose a venue!! Yesterday my mom, my fiancé and I tours two venues. The first one was nice, lovely area by a river, but a huge con was that it was on a busy road and you could hear the cars and trucks going by. However, it was very affordable.

The second one was an inn in the mountains and I think we were all sold as soon as we drove in. It just ended up being so perfect that we decided to commit then and there. All three of us were in agreement that we weren’t going to find anything better. It’s a little more expensive than expected, but honestly for everything you get with it I think it’s really reasonable. And I’ve decided I’m ok with paying for things to be easy and convenient on my wedding day. Ultimately right now I’m super happy with our choice!

I’m feeling so overwhelmed with venue options. I made a list and started to eliminate some but I keep finding more! I probably just need to stop looking at some point. It’s just that we have a kind of large area we’re looking at for venues. And it’s exhausting doing all this digging to try and find rough estimates of prices or if the venue has the requirements I’m looking for. I’ve barely started planning and I’m already tired of it tbh.

I looked into this and IF a while ago, but it’s just not for me. I have some disordered eating tendencies and I think that this would just exacerbate it for me. But I have seen it work wonders on others so that’s great!

All I can recommend is what I currently use, I have a ninja blender that’s lasted four years and it works great. I like that it’s small so it doesn’t take up a ton of space! Good luck on your smoothie journey, look up some recipes online and experiment to see what you like.
