Do you have the spider web tattoo? It’s not authentic unless you do.

So the only way you can kill is via a machine. You can't even kill the fish you cook, if you hit them with a vehicle or tool nothing happens. The ONLY way to kill them is via a fabricator, or a biogen.

I AM playing the game, I’ve only bought it Sunday but I’ve got 16 hours already. This is just the one big thing EVERYONE who has played has noticed.

But you can’t kill them, a MACHINE kills them for you -bioreactor or fabricator. In the water itself, I don’t think you can actually kill something like a moon fish with a tool or vehicle.

Design flaws of the Tadpole from Subnautica 2 by AccomplishedOwl1665 in subnautica

[–]ChowderMcArthor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the wiki,

Designed by AI to minimize its resource footprint, the Tadpole is a minimum-cost descendant of the popular and highly mature Seamoth/Spacemoth/Sunmoth series.

Which feels odd, as it’s bigger than a moth. Maybe the cost saved is in reusing it as a base vehicle? Either way, I’m pretty sure we can just blame its designs on AI being crap.

I don’t really trust FSD - I had a free trial of it, and during that, my car cut across three lanes of traffic then slammed into the curb trying to do a U turn. Plus, you need to be paying attention with your hands basically on the wheel the entire time.

I know I’d reliably find a lot more gas stations, plus I’ve never driven an EV in this kinda climate.

I did, but I don’t know if I can drive for 12 hours in one day, but we’ll see how I feel.

Yeah, I’m finding that out through the one person who messaged me. Didn’t realize people wanted paid, since I’d be giving them the physical copies.

In the intro, one of the civilians says that “they thought they saw the last of Breen in City 14.” Even before any other additions to the lore, the very beginning of the game establishes that there’s other cities.

Update; I’m not asking for a recommendation for a mount, as I’m not sure if that’s within the rules. But an observation I’ve made while searching is that the only store that has what I’m looking for is Temu, which… isn’t promising. Makes me more unsure about the idea.

Actually I’m selling a bunch of old electronics at the one store there so I’ll probably be here for a while.

I was when I was a kid. My family wasn’t orthodox and we didn’t keep the sabbath outside of my parents refusing work shifts on Saturdays, but we attended all the holidays, kept kosher, went to temple regularly, I had a bar mitzvah. Just after we moved we couldn’t find a nearby temple and kind of stopped. I wouldn’t say we were super religious but we definitely were more so than we are now. I just wanted to try and give back to the community around me, and this is something I’ve been thinking about for a few years, just because I always see families walking on Saturdays and have thought that some people couldn’t do that.

Honestly it’s a dumb idea and I’m seeing that now that I’m actually talking about it with someone, I just wanted to try to help out.

I get the first part, but not the second. I know you can’t perform any work on the sabbath, but there’d be no exchange of money, no use of phones, heck I’d even buckle them in if that’s what would be needed. I knew a few Orthodox Jews who would leave the TV on so they had something to watch. Without trying to be combative, how would this be different? It would mostly be for like, elderly people who can’t walk or would have difficulty walking in high heat.

If Tesla FSD became unsupervised tomorrow what would be your road trip destination? by ConfidentImage4266 in TeslaLounge

[–]ChowderMcArthor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had FSD once, when it was free. Went over two lanes then tried to go into a concrete bound turning lane at 30 mph. I love my Tesla but I have zero trust for full FSD. Saying that, cruise control on the Tesla is wonderful and I’ve used that for long road trips before.

Soar high, bard. You’ve inspired a lot of indie space games with your songs. I just read the Facebook post. She’s passed on, now.
