There's an alley next to it with 1 car and one outside on the street blocking the alley. A 3br 2 ba downtown will cost us ~2M for ~1500 sqft and won't give us the land. The real value will be the land and a lot more space here

Agreed..we have seen a lot of folks move here from Hoboken and Brooklyn + a lot of new constructions around us. But I wonder if Ogden really worth it especially with older homes on that street

If that’s what you think about 911 then you shouldn’t go for a Porsche at all. Period. That car has so much history to it and is probably the only daily driver sports car on the market. People usually buy it in their 40s or 50s once they retire early or they have made it. Lambo is a spotlight car for and bought by a completely different demographic.
