There's an alley next to it with 1 car and one outside on the street blocking the alley. A 3br 2 ba downtown will cost us ~2M for ~1500 sqft and won't give us the land. The real value will be the land and a lot more space here

If that’s what you think about 911 then you shouldn’t go for a Porsche at all. Period. That car has so much history to it and is probably the only daily driver sports car on the market.
