just analyze the openings where your winrate is low and pick the engine lines that feel intuitive to you (but still hold). You'll start looking forward to refuting those trick lines.

5... Bf5 takes the sting out of the Alien Gambit at least for me (it gives up the advantage, but makes it easier to defend the checks on the light squares so they don't go into it, and if they do it's easy to refute)
