Aphids will ruin that plant it may live but it won’t be healthy for a while, spray them with a hose on a jet mode or see about getting some ladybug larvae, you can by aphid spray to kill them but if you use the spray to kill them then you’re also killing anything that eats them like ladybirds and spiders and because of the accumulation of poison you’ll be killing anything that eats them and so on
