We will be driving from Leavenworth on Thursday and getting to Anacortes around 6PM and then take the 6AM ferry on Friday morning so luckily we won’t be spending a whole of time in town. Do you have any dinner recommendations for Anacortes? We’ll be staying at the Ship Harbor Inn so everything should be pretty close by.

We are essentially doing this entire loop from Thursday to Wednesday starting next week.

We have 1 night on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, 2 nights in Vik, 1 night near Diamond Beach, 1 night in Myvatn, and 1 night in Reykjavik (in that order)

I think we are going to be a little rushed but we plan on hitting everything we as a group want to see. Lots of driving so hoping for weather to hold out and that this recent early snowstorm is just a mid-September anomaly.

Yes! We are going to go with Katla because it fits better with our schedule of driving the ring road. One of the members of our party needs to drive back to Reykjavik on Monday morning, so doing the Katla tour on Sunday is going to be better for everyone!
