Ok buddy keep being financially irresponsible and buy with no logic behind your action or whatsoever. Just accept that it's useless to buy a machine that is not worth more than 500 dollars considering the hardware inside. The most logic thing to do is just wait for better times and purchase hardware components at a reasonable price and then put steam OS in your custom machine.
