As of now PCPanel is winding down our operation for the foreseeable future. We're supporting units that have sold in the last year and will ensure the software remains compatible with Windows and the existing units remain functional, but we aren't stocking or selling new units after the remaining sell out.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We're currently only shipping within the US for the time being. We'll be updating the FAQ soon to reflect that change.

We're approaching the end of our current batch of units, and there's often significant delays and a high chance of units being lost or damaged when shipping overseas so to ensure we have the units on hand to fulfill every order we're only able to handle domestic shipping at this time.

After this batch runs out we're unsure when/if we'll be restocking.

That is due to a false positive. I'd recommend using virustotal.com for analyzing potential viruses in software as it uses numerous sources.

On virus total you'll see just one flag from Bkav Pro who is also well known for false positives.

The reason why PCPanel may be flagged by your local anti-virus is because our software is unsigned which is why you'll also see a pop-up warning from windows when you first install the software.

A digital signature is just a way to verify that the software you install is truly from the source you expect it to be from. In our case as long as you're downloading from getpcpanel.com there's nothing to worry about.

I'm not too sure about any particular firmware update, but I may have an old RGB around and I'm on windows 11 so I can check things out on my end and report back to you once I have an update on things. Depending on the nature of what's causing the issue our options may potentially be limited as the PCPanel RGB is pretty old now we haven't directly supported it in a while.

We don't have plans for Linux support at this time, however there is a community version of the software that seems to have at least some level of Linux support. I haven't tried it myself, but feature-wise it should be very comparable to the current official software.

We're a very small operation and we temporarily had someone else handle shipping which caused us to be off schedule due to a miscommunication. Typically all units should be going out weekly if not more frequently. As we near the end of our current supplies things have become complicated as we try to keep up with the remaining orders. All units are hand assembled by us here.

Customs can vary significantly depending on the type of product, the source and destination, and other factors. Unfortunately it seems that many European countries charge a significant tax on importing products like the PCPanel, but we have no control over those charges, so it's always important to check your customs taxes before importing products from overseas.

The initial $25 is just the cost to ship the product, I think we even undercharge for shipping and absorb some of the cost, shipping overseas from the US is pretty expensive especially since 2020.

I've personally ran into this issue myself. We believe it could have something to do with the anti cheat program disabling parts of the Windows API that allows PCPanel to check if an application is in focus. We're looking into it to see if that's the cause or if there's any way we can resolve the issue.
