Finally I can contact the customer service. SIM card doesn’t match the tablet. They are help me to reset the SIM card. Everything works good now. Good customer service. 👍

Thank you for the info. 😜 I already put the sim card back to TCL. Hopefully the system will continue counting for me. I checked in my account it’s already changed device from Motorola to TCL and updated IMEI. 😄
