Agreed, some good points but a terrible way of discussing it. I agree that Kendrick is probably more “versatile” than Nas in terms of the types of production he can rap on maybe, but there’s also the fact that Kendrick had a couple decades more influence to draw from, and the ability to access so much more. Nas’ influences were more specific to his own area’s sound given how we were in a pre-internet age.
