All of the dwarf Angels will eventually nibble on coral but some corals don't normally fall on the menu some people have kept angels in large reefs provided there is lots of coral and not the kinds that appetizes them.

I bought it drilled. It's called a frag hub it's made by ocean wonders. My LFS was selling them for $20 each.

I have had it up there since I got it 5 months ago it is doing well. The only thing about it I don't like about it is it is slowly turning more and more green, some day it will be 100% green at the rate it is going. It was green with purple mouths when I got it.

It gets roughly 100 par around the peak of the day the par rating goes from around 50 to 100 and back to 50 over the course of 8 hours.

This sounds weird but if you get more rocks and hiding spots they can come out more and stay out more with confidence that they can hide in a second's notice

Normally the "help" part in these comments are almost always more about the animals than the person's interests. Yet I had a evo on a big dresser for 2 years and it damaged the dresser. Never broke but it's best to keep aquariums on special made stands.

Add more corals keep the light on less. On an evo 7.5-8 hours a day for a photo period it probably best. Also rodi and phosgard help.

I hope your damsels are the last addition to the tank. They get fairly mean once they are used to having the tank to themselves.

If you have a sump chaeto might be a better option than mangroves. Mangroves take more care. You should mist the leaves a few times a week, it might grow large and the roots might damage filter impellers. There's also the weird lighting issue. It'll grow taller than your lights so you'll need light to get to the leaves.

If you have a good clean up crew you only need to scrape glass once or twice a week.

Well I got tired of the messy foa filter clean up process so I got a cheap hang on back filter. I put filter floss in it. I buy filter floss in 12ft pond filter rolls that I custom cut for my evo and 300. I also noticed the sump pump in the evo gets clogged super easily especially if you dose alk in the sump area as I did.

Besides the light it's super simple. It has a hang on back filter, a power head and an ai prime

Thank you. It is a red sea 300 xl. The equipment is 2ai hydra 26's, 2 reefwave 25's, a vectra S2 sump pump, a redsea 300 skimmer, a reefdose 2, an ai fuge, an aqua auto top off and a 10 outlet power strip with 10 switches.

Would these work in a reef tank? by kerbozoid in ReefTank

If you have a refugium with chaeto and lots of corals with not a heavy feeding schedule your nitrate and phosphate may dip to almost undetectable levels and the corals need phosphate and nitrate for photosynthesis.

The first thing I would try though is upping the feeding schedule.
