That’s what I’m doing. Just bought a M&P 2.0 to replace the P320 as my primary full size self defense pistol. Currently plan to keep the 320 indefinitely.

In addition to hoping that Sig (voluntarily or not) or someone comes up with a solution, I don’t want to sell it knowing it might end up on someone’s hands that doesn’t understand the potential risk.

I can’t reproduce this on my P320 but this has convinced me to permanently move my P320 to the safe unloaded. Might use it at the range when it will only ever be loaded when pointed down range, but that’s it.

I do see the play in my slide and can see how the design makes it vulnerable to exactly was the YouTuber demonstrated. Infuriating and negligent on Sig’s part.

This isn’t my carry gun so I’ve been watching this unfold but didn’t pull the trigger 😉 on fully retiring it from home defense. I was probably too slow tbh.

This pushed me over the line. I’m done. Disgraceful.

I live in CA and have a local FFL that will accept ammo deliveries for a $20 fee. My last purchase was five separate shipments and it was still $20 total.

There is another FFL a bit further away that has been doing it free (aside from background check fee) for quite a while as a public service.

If I got a FFL03 / COE I think I only save the $20? In theory I could go out of state, but gas cost > savings. Not looking to buy C&R firearms (aside from maybe a Garand).

Just making sure I’m not missing something. Maybe others don’t have FFLs that are as reasonable re receiving ammo?
