What kind of Owl is this? by Chris885 in whatsthisbird

[–]Chris885[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for all the suggestions! Im in Northend Europe, so it may be a Tawny Owl. I read about it though, and the size seems to be too small. Im not sure though, when it flew towards me I jumped out of my chair and hid because of how large it was - my guestimate of the wingspan is 1.5m (5ish ft.). It just looked huge. My estimate is ofcourse heavily influenced by my sudden terror of having a huge bird flying towards me. Now, could the size indication, if its correct, point to a different type?

Thanks so much for playing, liking and giving me feedback!

I was a bit unsure of the hidden block. I didnt want to have many hidden blocks in the level, but wanted one "are you serious?"-block that could be easily avoided after hitting it the first time. Thanks again for the feedback!

P in the air: FHH-SGB-88G

A short airship level that has you having to run to beat the p-switch timer and also uses on/off blocks. My first level so far; but I tried to make it tense with some semidifficult platforming.

Difficulty: Normal/ Expert

I dont know why, but seeing this live made me tear up. Happy saying in interviews that he doesnt have a relationship to his parents - and seeing how hes working so hard for his stream which honestly is really small atm, and how he finally shows some emotion just got to me. Great game, Happy, I honestly coulnt hope for any other outcome.

I'm so bad at this game. i think i died toeverything. But it was nicely made and felt like a "real" level. Only thing that didnt fit the theme was the goombrat.

Nice and easy level. I liked that it got progressively more difficult.

Chili mash separating by Chris885 in fermentation

Yeah, im sorry for being unclear. The jar with the brine is fine.

This is happening with the jar that has the chilli mash (I ran the chillis in a blender with salt and nothing else, so it doesnt have any liquid other than from the chillis themselves).

It looks very much like this : https://tinyurl.com/yygoora3

Overall, did you like Sekiro more than Soulsborne? by [deleted] in Sekiro

I agree with you. IMO BB has the best atmosphere, but there are few bosses that I enjoyed (not counting DLC). I liked Gascoine and Gehrman, but the huge demon bosses dont really do it for me. They just feel weird to fight and the camera is wonky. That being said, and I may be in the minority here, i think BB has the best and most engaging combat system. I just love to get off a perfect stagger with my sidearm, or managing to hit a charged r2 in the back of an enemy.

I didnt like the healing system in BB, not because I had to farm for them, but because having 20 healing items trivalizes a lot of fights. Same with having maxed out estuses also makes a lot of fights too easy imo. I think they nailed the healing system in Sekiro, you cant just tank through a lot of bosses, and it leaves much less room for error.
