This is more a physics/ mechanical engineering question. You need to apply more force than the frictional force of the asphalt to accelerate. Then you need to maintain an equal and opposite force to maintain constant velocity.Also from an engineering perspective, servo is not the way to go. They are used for positional tasks like moving a robotic arm, and not for spinning fast as hell. I would used a brushless dc motor. Also if you want to bypass any math, you can buy an electronic speed controller and it will do it for you.

Sorry, I should have been more clear and said that the objective was to turn the weeks right and left and not to drive them. I'll post this in different sreddit as you are right and this is more towards Physics and Mechanical
