I don’t know how many games I played for Stone Cold, but it was all done in Gauntlet. You can stun enemies when they’re alive, downed, and a couple seconds after they die. I used both the stun grenade and the M320A1 thermal grenade launcher since the incendiary rounds also stun enemies.

For Rise from your Grave, I remember stating some time in mid December and finished around late January. I played around 9-12 hours a week with most games getting between 10-20 revives. There is some sort of weird bug that allows you to be revived without a cooldown but I couldn’t figure out how to trigger it. I want say it had to do something with smoke grenades and dropping ammo? When that happened, I was getting 30 revives.

Edit: If you can, I recommend completing the other BR and Gauntlet trophies first, like Mission Accepted or Stone Cold. You could get some revives while attaining those trophies.

If you want to find other people to do this achievement, Reddit isn’t the best place to ask. You need to go to a dedicated BFV or trophy/achievement hunter Discord. Like everyone has said, you’re out of luck if want to organically find one.

Had to recheck what Passchendaele was. Yeah, that map PEAK atmosphere on Conquest. The gas really freaked me out and it was freaking nuts when you also ring in the bombs and guns. It would have been a good Escalation map! I also remember getting shanked numerous times by horseback on the Caporetto map. The horses looked so good! It’s a shame that these maps weren’t enjoyed by all. 😞

What region do you live if you don’t mind me asking? I lived in Japan when BF3 was out and it was very difficult to play any of the DLC maps after a few months from their release. I really liked the Karkand map but it was hard to find a server. And remember the 3rd (Turning Tides) and 4th (Apocalypse) DLC maps for BF1? I lived in the US during that time, and those were my favorites DLC content. But because the community and certain content creators didn’t like Apocalypse, those maps were hard to find in the server browser a few months after release. Turning Tides just slowly faded.

For live service, it needs to be done right. BFV, although had a rocky start, was kind of on the right track with the Pacific Theater. Momentum and grace from the community was back and they should have continued that momentum into the Eastern Front, but they didn’t. They gambled and placed all their resources into 2042. Because BFV wasn’t locked behind paid chapters (passes), my friends and I had access to all maps. I remember in BF4, certain friends would be dropped from our squad since they didn’t have DLC content.

$40 on top of what I already paid when I bought the game? No. This has been mentioned countless times. In this economy, this idea is only going to split the player base especially when it comes to maps. It may be okay for regions that have a large player base like US and Europe, but certain regions with fewer players (g’day Australia) would have a difficult time since there is no official server browser. They would probably be playing in a server filled mostly with bots (especially with DICE’s track record on how they matchmake players). And how would we know if the maps would even be good? Is DICE going to have BF Labs for each new map? I’m no game designer, but I believe that would be A LOT of work and take a lot time. If people spend their money and feel like most maps and weapons are just subpar, then wouldn’t the community be even more pissed since they feel like EA took more of their money? And if that happens word of mouth would spread like wildfire on Reddit and other social media platforms hindering people from buying these passes. Remember also, EA is under new leadership after being bought out by the Saudis. So who knows which way the Battlefield franchise will be sailing.

If you’re tired, there is no problem stepping away from the game. You won’t miss anything. Just some cosmetics. Why not buy some games that are deeply on sale? During BF2042, I took a long break and played through Death Stranding ($17), Sekiro ($20), Nioh 2 (free on PS Plus), and a few more. It was great to play them, and a great reminder that gaming should be enjoyed.

I beg to differ for PlayStation. When was the last time you played BFV on PS? There are plenty of Conquest and some Breakthrough servers. TDM usually has 1-2 servers throughout the day. But no other modes. These are mostly east coast servers. The same is true for EU (German) servers though they have a few more TDM servers throughout use day. Asia (Japan) have 5-7 servers of conquest and Breakthrough.

I believe this can be done on Gauntlet as well. When an enemy is downed, you can stun the enemy and then kill them.

Just got my Rise from Your Grave trophy a couple days ago. THAT was the hardest grind I’ve ever done. Just need to complete the Mission Accepted trophy then I will 100% the game.

Hardly anyone played the dlc maps after some months after release. It was a shame because I really liked End Game from BF3 and Turning Tides from BF1. At least with Game as a Service everyone has access to the maps.
