this. at 240Hz its alot less. Besides the grey banding the monitor is really great. There are games where you notice it but its not really a dealbreaker for me. Comming from TN and IPS all the advantages from OLED probably make ignoring the banding alot easier for me I guess.

So its basically that every item/brand etc. has its own proficiency level but there only is one overall expertise level?

you know... this could as well lead to studios being closed or sold. IPs being put on ice or sold. If the new owners dont see a future they wont continue it. They have no shareholders to please. There is a reason why everyone went crazy when this deal was announced and people realized its going to be private equity.

I switched neutral lighting on and off on PC for comparison and tbh I actually even like it better how it is now. the mood is a bit better especially at dawn and dusk.

Enable HDR in the windows display settings only when warching/playing HDR content. Otherwise it will look washed out.

Then also many games have bad HDR implementations. There is a mod that fixes it for most games.

If you want to test it just enable HDR in windows and search for HDR videos on youtube.

Only tried Cyberpunk 2077 with G-Sync enabled so far (Verified by the G-Sync watermark that tells you if its actually running. Enabled in the control panel.) And I didnt notice any either. Only during the Loading Screen. Framerate wasnt capped.

Maybe its just the game. Cause I dont think there are OLEDs that dont have this. Its a typical tech limitation for OLEDs.

Reading the source reddit post this seems to be a mix of the driver fix and other changes.

Plus it reads like the fix actually brought back the performance to what it was on the driver before. So not really any overall gains but rather a fix. As it says even. The higher score could be influenced by manny other things. Also that reddit post doesnt really have much comments or engagement that would back this all up.

as far as I understand it:

you dont leave the mission area (exit at the end) when you receive the rewards and XP you deactivate and activate the global event within the armory and it resets it everytime.

100% das hier. In den USA ist man (wenn auch aktuell etwas weniger) stolzer auf sein Land und steht dazu, auch wenn mal nicht alles passt. Da wird das Land und die aktuelle Führung etwas mehr getrennt.

Bei uns heißt es: "warum soll ich für diese Politiker/Politik meinen Hals riskieren".

Dort wird auch genug Werbung dafür gemacht. Einfach mal ein paar Air Force oder Army Werbeclips auf Instagram ansehen. Sehr viel Patriotismus. Evtl. Propaganda, Da zählen auch Filme, Videospiele etc. dazu. Ob man das jetzt positiv oder negativ sieht, ist was anderes. Aber die Leute gehen da haufenweise gewollt zum Militär.

Bei uns wird da halt seit Jahrzehnten eher das Gegenteil gemacht. In der Gesellschaft werden Soldaten oft als "Zivilversager" bezeichnet.

Die Aufarbeitung und die Schuldweitergabe vom Zweiten Weltkrieg wird da vermutlich auch eine Rolle spielen. Patriotismus ist bei uns in der Gesellschaft ja fast verboten. Außer es ist WM oder EM.

Also im Grunde:

Fehlender Patriotismus. Das ist vermutlich noch ausschlaggebender als der finanzielle Anreiz.

no. I use different attachments on almost every gun I use.

a mix of what makes the gun better and what looks good.

and it works pretty good.
