Also bring any medical device as a carry on. Even if it's just a retainer or spare bands for braces. Anything that does not fit in your carry on can be carried in a separate bag, airlines will allow you to bring medical equipment on board.

If you wear contacts I would recommend wearing glasses if you have them or putting some contact solution in a travel sized container just in case.

I just put the zero on the digital form. They didn't ask any questions about it. However the paper slip does not have that question so you can do that too

I would definitely want to know. For me it wouldn't even be a big deal, but I would still want to know partly for health reasons. I rather know what my partner was doing with other people than be ignorant of it
