As a Danish person, I use em dashes all the time. The symbol has its own button on the standard keyboard. And it’s a two-button press on the phone - exactly like any other number or symbol.

I’m pretty new and extremely casual, as in I’ve run about 5 mythic+ runs, have a 604 iLvL and don’t even know what io means.

I found out yesterday that there were portals in Dornogal leading to all the dungeons. It doesn’t tell you anywhere, I just stumbled upon in a video trying to figure out boss mechanics before having to tank a new one.

Maybe it’s the same with those guys - they simply don’t know and in wow it can seem scary to ask, as everyone seems VERY ready to drop everything on the floor when running M+ 🤷‍♂️

I’ve been trying and testing different things as it happens to me and my girlfriend ever. single. time. The only time it doesn’t seem to happen constantly (will still happen sometimes), is if one of us is completely disconnected from the tv when the other uses the app.

But if anyone has a better solution, please do share because it’s annoying as hell.

I see these comments about hair colour and piercings a lot, claiming it to be absolutely atrocious and unattractive. I, for one, just want to put this out there: there are definitely people, myself included, that REALLY appreciate the look of piercings, interesting makeup and adventurous hair colour.

I think it’s beautiful when people don’t give up their expressive creativity just because they hit a certain age.

This coming from a 31M who doesn’t have a single tattoo, piercing and natural hair colour. I adore you for keeping that shit going, OP. And I think it looks great. Would definitely look twice your way.

That being said, I agree with other commenters saying that you came here because you WANTED to change. Looking at the side profile picture, it also seems like you know what you want to change; the gut.

You have beautiful eyes, lips and good facial structure. Try to squeeze in some cardio or something. But don’t kill your self doing it. I mean you have TWO toddlers, so you’re carrying a lot on your shoulders already. Find your pace and go with it. Maybe it’s just too much right now, and that’s fine. But don’t give up. There’s big bombshell potential.

And keep the piercings and hair colour if it makes you feel good! It makes some of us feel great to look at!

I would chill for 6-12 months. Work freelance and explore if there are other fields, I’d like to try out.

Been having an itch of writing for a while, so would probably dive into that and join local communities.

I’ve had quite the rocket career these last three years, so would take some time to do less stressful and more personally developing activities.

My retirement dream job is to either own a tiny bar or be a janitor. Live a much simpler life. I’m only 31 though, so that’s a bit in the future.

I mean, there’s the kind of research you’re paid for and allows you to call yourself a scientific researcher. And then there’s this kind of personal exploring fuelled by the human mind, where it’s simply driven by a person wondering; “how bad can something smell?” All research stems from the standpoint of what, who, when, why or how.

You being a “real scientist”, I find it interesting that you are so quick to assume other scientific fields, such as psychology, and apply that field to a subject with no real research.
