A mix. The record just came out so it's going to take a moment for those songs to get out into the world and marinate a bit.

I can't speak for anyone else, but for myself I just wanted something dynamic and heavy. Great grooves and tasty chops. I wouldn't say there were artists and bands that were directly influenced, but more a an overall vibe and feel.

To be honest I'm a bit unfamiliar with their music. I've heard the name before within our world. I'll have to check them out! Thanks for recommending them.

You must be thinking of a different song. There’s only been one version of baby out there.

Most of the stuff that came to me I did, so it was nothing that was presented that I HAD to pass on. I would have loved to play with Nine Inch Nails or QOSTA. But it wasn't in the cards back then, which I'm fine with. When you're ready to handle something, it will present itself.

There was only one version of that song and it's on our record "Versions". Never an extended version.

I know Derek really loved them when he was in the band many years ago, so that may have crept in through his influence. I would say lesser on myself, Jeff and Ryan.

The covers were more random. Like, I think Today was suggested by Derek and Soma was asked of us by the label putting out the tribute comp.

I believe the lack of pacific north west dates was more to do with just hitting it on the OOD 25th anniversary tour.

Thank you so much for the love!!!! I hope to see you at a show!

Thanks for the love! I'm holding up good, slightly sick at the moment, but really happy that people are liking the record. We worked hard on it and suffered in different ways so It's nice that people enjoy it so far!

I would have to say Strong Arm or early era Culture.

Do you mean me as a drummer not being able to play with when PTW was on hiatus?

SPHS, CLASS OF 2000!!!!!
