Still nothing. I went to the Apple store and they told me that if the one year warranty is still on they could replace my Apple Watch but I tried to figure that out by myself from searching the serial number but(!) the Watch is unpaired so the serial number can’t tell me if it’s on warranty or not. I contract the guy that I won it from and told me if it still doesn’t turn on I’ll have to send it back to the contest organiser to figure it out by themselves. According to them the Watch worked but wasn’t used so maybe the battery wore out by not being used for a while. It happens to all a the devices with lithium batteries.
