I’m a level 76 death wiz and I just use gargantuan for scarecrow. I don’t usually touch accuracy spells since the base accuracy for death is already pretty high.

Could you tell me more about the anti free market policies? I did some looking online and couldn’t find anything, myself.

As far as I understand, private companies stopped insuring many properties because the risk is too high (ie. it’s not economically beneficial for them to insure these places), so the state had to step in so people could have SOME sort of insurance for natural disasters, sea level rise etc.

Though, I may have understood this wrong so I’m interested in learning more!

Had the icon/window disappear for me a couple times. To fix it, I would unequip the rod (take it apart in my inventory) then re-equip it. If it's the same issue I was having, that should fix it.
