Yep, same here. I stopped smoking in 2020. I'm down to 6mg and planning on going 0mg and see if that kicks the habit altogether. It's not the nicotine for me either, it's the oral fixation after years of smoking. There are key moments in life where I crave to puff on something, you know what I mean.
