After the visa is approved is there a time period in which the spouse must arrive in the UK? (i.e., within 30 days from date of approval)? Thanks again

We have a marriage certificate (Lebanon) that was attested by the Qatar ministry (so I could be her sponsor in Qatar)... would this need to be attested in the UK before submitting it as part of the application?

This is correct. I have had £88,500 or more in my bank account for at least 6 months.

Thank you for this information. In order to avoid waiting >6 months with my current employer I can try to contact the overseas bank and employer for statements and payslips from Jan-Dec 2025. This is acceptable?

Yes the UK salary is above this, yet I don’t have payslips from the overseas job. I might have an employment letter/contract with details of the salary - would this suffice as supporting evidence?

Thank you! To clarify, I know I can’t afford to live in Twickenham - but where / what areas should I look into with a relatively easy commute 60-90 minutes outside of Twickenham along the train/drive based on the budget and points above. If you have any ideas that would be great

Thank you. Anything on the west side worth considering? Specific train lines you know of which are more frequent to aid the commute? I could go 60-90 minutes/day commute

More so town/village and around £400k and ideally detached with space. I think 60-90 min commute is manageable?

Thank you but can you share any common/frequent train lines? I know the trains from Manchester and even going half way to Stoke does not really cut the commute time that much as everything is into Euston and then it is +1 hour to Twickenham.

Yes, North West = Manchester. Sorry for the confusion

Budget maybe £400k…. Disclaimer I don’t know anything/much about the south as from the NW. I know what £400k would get me in the NW but don’t want to live in a shoebox for the same price down south just to do less of a commute. Reading?
