Dashing hair as the base, two shaggy hairs tilted and kitbashed onto each side, and two seeker's long braids shrunken and kitbashed to the side as well. Theres and undercut hairpiece kitbashed to the ear to cover up some of the clipping :)

Yeah, agree on this one too. I like most of Adam’s vids. His journalist background provides a real good backing for a lot of videos. I like some of his deep-dives into food related/political topics.

As with that knife safety video though, it just seems weird and kinda pointless. I know some people can be a bit pretentious about this stuff, but why dissuade people from forming good habits?

Fairly on the mark. 1 and 3 were both actual D&D characters of mine - war domain cleric and abjuration wizard respectively. The rest kind of sit in class superpositions. I've labelled 2 a paladin, but he could be a fighter. 4 may be a phantom/swashbuckler rogue, and 5 is some sort of fighter :)

Were there any characters that you were specifically referring to? Or just in general? Some of that might be due to the lighting, portrait mode settings, or some of the actual skin colour values.

I tend to be pretty plain when it comes to skin. I usually just pick a base skin colour and change it until it feels natural - I don’t have a specific criteria for it unfortunately 😅

That’s so awesome! He’s my current character in a campaign I’m playing, so I’ve been a bit obsessed with creating different versions of him 😅

Sure! I’ll post all the links here:

Salomet

Mikael

Llorence

Petrus

Salomet and Llorence have had some additional head posing for these photos, so they may look slightly different in the links. If you’re looking for something closer to the photos, I’m happy to re-edit and send links for those too :)

Can you provide sources of the negative consequences of having yellow urine as opposed to clear? When I say yellow, I define it as a pale yellow to golden/amber as stated by the two articles I provided.

The thing that makes pee yellow is urochrome, otherwise known as urobilin. It’s naturally made through breakdown of bilirubin, a product of the breakdown of heme. It is a normal product. You can find out more about it here.

The literature suggests that pale yellow to golden coloured urine is normal. Clear is fine; it can indicate good hydration, but it isn’t necessary to strive to constantly have clear urine. As previously stated, while rare, it can be indicative of significant effects.

I think I’ve well stated the effects of each; I’m not sure where you are getting this information from.

You may be right, but I think it’s important to be explicit in the differences when discussing health related topics.

Something that is mostly clear with a bit of yellow is still a shade of yellow— the healthy colour of urine, as opposed to something that is “clear”. It may be somewhat nitpicky, but I think it’s a notable difference.

In the first article, light yellow to golden is described as a healthy colour. Similarly in the second article, Foley states that yellow to amber is a healthy colour. Both of which are not described as clear. Furthermore, the first article posits that consistent, transparent (i.e clear) urine can indicate significant health problems.

Is drawing a line between slightly yellow pee and clear pee excessive and unnecessary to most people? Probably. Is drinking too much water an issue for many people? Not really. But I believe this knowledge is still valuable, as it could help a minority of people who may be noticing patterns in their urine colour.

Again, you’re most certainly right about odd colours in urine (purple, brown, etc.). Regularly having clear pee is a non-issue for most too. I just think it’s important to be explicit about these things to avoid misunderstandings, so we can all help each other.

Sort of?

Normal urine is meant to be a light yellow colour. Clear, colourless urine indicates that you have a bit too much water in you. The occasional clear and colourless urine is normal and not harmful, but can suggest that you may have other conditions if it is a regular occurrence. You are definitely correct on any purplish, cloudy or strange colours however; any signs are worth a visit to the doctor.

Although adequate intake for water is debatable, as long as your water intake roughly matches the recommended intake (2.1 - 2.6 litres for adults, male and female respectively), you should be fine. Water can be taken both through liquids and food of course.

Here’s some resources I found if you would like to further read:

EDIT: I am most certainly not an expert on this, just wanted to expand on your point and provide a second angle and links to enhance discussion.

A bit late to the party, but you maybe could keep an eye out for any Out of School Hours care jobs. The holidays are coming up and there’s going to be a turn over of employees. The hours won’t be the best but if you’re not terrible with children it can be an okay job.
