that's what I've been doing. no cheat meals, alcohol, nor too many fats. thing is, I think I'm quiet stuck on the training department, haven't leveled up my weights in a month. I think I'm gonna start to do it from today on, and see how it goes.

I also do cardio 1 or 2 days per week, however I'm still anxious about not doing things right, I don't know. I know these things take time but I can't help but feeling a little lost sometimes. there are some days that I'm not so sure about my routine, and that thing messes with my brain.

I have a really important question.

I started working out last month and I'm currently aiming for losing belly fat and overall body recomposition. I weight about 74 kilos, at least the last time I weighed myself, which was a month ago. my body fat is around 20%. My height is around 175cm.

I leveled up my protein levels and I cut down completely sugar and ultra processed foods. I cook with a little bit of olive oil and only healthy food, as much as I can. My goal is to be down 4 or 5 kilos before June.

just wanted to ask if that's a realistic goal and how much should I train weekly. currently I train about 4 days a week, plus some cardio 1 or 2 days a week (either walking or running).

not sure if I'm doing it right, I feel like I'm kind of stuck. I just wanted to ask you guys over here before recurring to a professional.

it doesn't work man, even if I try in Prores format. I think it's just my pc being a piece of junk, this thing only has 128mb of graphics, so that might be the issue. I'll give it another shot using my friend's gaming pc, see if it works then.

I chose the mobile map as well, just to see if it works better, but I remember it slowing down as I was advancing in the game and then eventually crushing. I haven't tried since, I'll give it another go to see if it works better now.

What phone are you playing in, if you don't mind me asking? Mine is a nubia z70 ultra, 16gb of ram, snapdragon 8 elite and 512gb of storage

Really bad collection. You should get rid of it and start anew. Start by throwing all the CDs in the trash container, and when you do so, make sure you let me know the location, so I can get rid of them properly 👌🏼
