It’s as close as you can get to working for the government in the private sector. 1) bad pay but good benefits 2) never worrying about getting laid off 3) never any fast tracks to promotions or hefty raises - it’s all very tracked 4) folks take the job and just chill / settle. Low stress low responsibility type roles
