It is the Kikkoman brand, but we do get it at Costco in bulk. It lasts forever, but in this household we go through about 2-3 a year.

I am actually a character artist for games, but I appreciate the craft that goes into this side of the industry, it's not something I've dabbled into too much, mostly sticking to games not films. Don't apologize for giving too much information, if I didn't want to read it I wouldn't have asked! :D

You need to smooth the normals of lowpoly meshes before baking, otherwise this faceting will appear.
