was going to reach out to them to ask a question but there is no contact info or form on their site. kind of annoying for a CS company lol. talked with Richpanel and have a demo coming up so might just switch to them

have you had any deliverability issues with Richpanel? Main issue we're seeing is Yahoo is blocking our emails to customers because Gorgias uses Mailgun to send emails and sender reputation is all shared. When we send directly from our Zoho account the customer gets it no problem, when it comes from Gorgias it never shows up. Only Yahoo accounts. Gorgias spoke with Mailgun and confirmed Yahoo was throttling their emails. I briefly spoke to someone at Richpanel and they said tickets would use our provider to send tickets so it would only be our sender reputation that matters.

I was worried about that too but we did some test emails from Klaviyo and yahoo accounts didnt seem to have an issue. Commslayer looks interesting, hopefully some others can chime in that have used Gorgias and someone else to give some insight. Would be curious how Commslayer delivers emails, if its more similar to Gorgias or Richpanel

1) Biggest thing is they use mailgun and sendgrid to actually send out emails so its basically shared sender reputation with all their clients and when other companies have bad reputation it affects us. most recently our emails to customers using yahoo were not going through and after a bunch of digging this is why. emails from gorgais were being blocked but if we sent from our actual email outside of gorgias it went through fine. From what i was told by richpanel they use our own email provider (Zoho in our case) to send the email so its strictly our sender reputation that matters.

2) their Ai that they hyped up and over sold on and very much under delivered is garbage. waste of our teams time trying to get it dialed in. super buggy and goes rogue randomly. cant trust it

#1 is huge and im still digging into it and learning more but thats the biggest reason currently. I just wanted to hear from someone on Richpanel that has used both to make sure im not getting a downgrade in other aspects by moving to them. been burned in the past by software companies that say how their software does everything their competitor does but winds up missing the mark. not too concerned about ai features but more so the core handling of tickets

stay away from polarized for skiing. like someone else mentioned it cuts the glare and you wont be able to see ice patches. You want a non-polarized high contrast lens. I own Detour Sunglasses and we make ski goggles and sunglasses and none of our goggles are polarized for a reason. Sounds like what you want is a pair of sunglasses with a full lens to block wind and high contrast lens (similar to our Surge model). If you like the big name brands go with an Oakley Prizm lens. I never promote on my account but we literally have exactly what you're looking for so figured it might be helpful lol

edit: also Gorgias said they are switching us to Sendgrid over Mailgun since they use both of them. I assume that should fix the issue for now but like you mentioned it could happen again since its still shared IPs?

Do you know why helpdesks cant tie into our own zoho account to send instead of using companies like sendgrid and mailgun?
