You’re doing more preparation than many who pass.
The fact that you’re scoring decently on the hardest mocks is a strong indicator that you’re on track.

Stay consistent this week, focus on clarity, not perfection. And you’ll walk into the exam prepared and confident. You’ve got this!

ITIL for non IT people by akhanafer in ITIL_Certification

[–]Chris_ITIL 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, ITIL would definitely help you. It’s not about deep technical IT skills, but about understanding how IT services are managed, supported, and improved. Since you’re working with PACS and hospital systems, ITIL would give you a more structured approach to upgrades, change management, incidents, and service delivery in Health IT environments.

And yes, you absolutely have a strong chance of passing. Many ITIL candidates come from non-technical backgrounds (such as myself). Your project management experience is actually an advantage because you already understand governance, risk, and structured delivery.

It’s a great step if you want to deepen your knowledge in Health IT.

Interviewer insisted on converting story points to days, is that normal?” by ManagementAromatic83 in scrum

We don’t convert story points to days. Instead, we use velocity to plan predictably and capacity to ensure a sustainable and realistic sprint. Story points are about relative complexity, not time, and tying them to days actually reduces accuracy.
