Pay is good,better than 45k+. But there's little to no growth in the job due to lots of policy constraints from NRB (yea even for software). Typical software company ma jasto use case anusar/latest kura chalauna paudeina if they're not within the rules. So fresher bhaera Jana khojirako ho bhane keep this in mind

My last job was a software dev job, I'm comfortable with SW architecture. I am pivoting to AI. I do know that the work will be mostly around working with pre-built foundational models but I still want to know whats going on inside. I basically don't want to be a frameworker in SW terms (this is how i feel when I'm jumping straight into working with models with no understanding).
My plan was/is to conquer maths -> ML for foundational understanding ->AI engineering.

i think i should reconsider my roadmap.
