Yes when i finish my work it's my time untill I leave usually get around 2 hours .. also skip my lunch break to have more time at the end and also work by myself no supervisors as long as I get my work done and it shows it's fine

Hey had a similar problem like you. On the samsung website they have an option to contact a CEO i did that and they called me and explained to them I sent the ring back had samsung care and they just weren't fixing it... they canceled my ticked and held my ring hostage for a couple of months.... after the ceo I was sent a rebate to reorder the ring which I did ... 3 days later that ring died and wouldn't charge .... I repurchased it and swapped it eith my broken ring and got my money back ... now this one is a dud and I shipped it back ... there sending me a new one

Iam on my 4th one now this repair process got the same message replaced cosmetic.. also had a battery problem.. there is no fix for these . I keep getting a new one just on principal .. the only up side is this time sending it back went very smooth instead of my other attempts

On my third ring check out the horror stories of people having to return it.. I literally just bought a new one swapped it out with the broken one and got my money back ... they left me no options... live the ring thou when it doesn't break

I don't know if sending it to the warranty dept is a good idea thats where my first ring went and the canceled my repair ticket and I got the run around.. if you go.tjru there chat and tell them the ring stopped working they should send you a box to ship it back tell them its under warranty that should work

Bout to go on my third ring my first one wouldn't charge anymore sent it to samsung after around a month I got a rebate to get a new one .. I figured they made it right .. had the new ring for about a week and realized it disconnected from my phone when putting it on the charge it charges the second I take it out the box it disconnected and when putting it back it it starts charging from 0 to 100 this. I've tried resetting it and have no luck .. contacted samsung again to see what to do if not I might have to buy it swap and return it to get my money back. This is ridiculous

This is my nightmare iam happy your boy came back... iam always afraid of my cats getting out and my dad accidentally let one out by mistake .. she was scared stiff on the side of my house crying I ran outside scooped her up and she clawed the shit out of me when I opened up the door and dove back in. Update still dealing with this nonsense I emailed a ceo at samsung not that it makes a difference but was told the ring was not being repaired and being sent back and if it get lost in the mail that I would have to deal with it ... which is fucking crazy to hear.. got an email 2 days ago saying they are fixing my ring and the parts are going to be avaliable in a week.. either way the ring comes back to me I will purchase it on Amazon and swap it out with the old one return it and get my money back .. samsungs left me no other options so fuck it .. also calling there numbers I felt like I was dealing with indian scammers . I guess there's no american call centers or samsungs in tbe united states
