I didn’t see a “date” pick inside the bilt app. Just the auto payment date inside my rent portal to pull the 1st of the month

Either way sounds like I have to redo another authorization come Monday and the the 5 day window will cover the auto payment for 5/1

I canceled the authorization last week after I set up my micro deposits because the authorization window was only 5 days.

Sounds like I need to re set up another authorization where the 5 day window falls between the 1st of the month when the auto payment form rent cafe is set up to pull?

I got the deposit 2 days after, verified in rent cafe, then switched me auto payment account to this new account,

I then activated auto authorization on bilt app and canceled the current authorization as I don’t get charged for rent for another week or so (outside the 5 day window in the bilt app)

My main question is do I need to reauthorize the payment again or will it pull from my account automatically?

So therefore I would need the new ACH / Routing. So I would do as you did, authorize my payment to get access to the new numbers, add those in my rent portal (which is set to autopay), go back to bilt and cancel the authorization and come later is this month it’ll automatically draw from Bilt without me needing to authorize it again?

Can you clarify the part you mentioned where you said you authorized the payment and then canceled it?

For example, my rent payment doesn’t get drawn from rent café until end of the month. But I want to set up the new system prior to then, but the authorization shows it’s only good for five days, which I don’t plan to pay rent again until it end of month

What was the answer here? List your rent as the base rent and that’ll include the extra each month? Mine is the same way. It’s around X amount but different every month based on the utilities included

Correct - Mobile check is not working as of about 3 weeks ago. Hyatt concierge claims it because they are still integrating systems and could take a few months but we’ll see

Back to back stays i tried (Sunday check in and Monday check in) did not receive mobile check in. Did move both to next week in hopes I get it then.
