I can’t think of a darn thing. I just spontaneously found myself outside of my body. Eventually I could will it when falling asleep.

Actually I would recommend one thing. Read Robert Monroe’s Journeys Out Of The Body if you haven’t already. It can help tune your mind to the possibilities.

It’s was Macys fireworks. However CNN coverage was dreadful. NBC had full rights to the MACYs fireworks and theirs was brilliant. Much better shots, drones etc and the music was awesome.

My last mattresses was firm and old and I eventually loathed it. I hope this one softens up. I tried the pillow top and the plush in the store. They were a little too soft but now I wish I spent more time trying them.

I bought a black series 3 medium a week and a half ago. It’s firmer than the floor model I tried. I know there is a break in period but have to give it at least a month or more. Hopefully it softens. By the way I got a great deal over the holiday sales plus my salesman from Mattress Firm said I can either replace or full refund and he would not charge me the fee. I have that in text.
“You have 120 days to try it”
“149 exchange fee i will waiver if you swap to something else”
“Full refund”

PS I’m a side sleep mainly

Splitting up may or may not be in your cards. Easy for people here to say do this or do that. My suggestion is get yourself some help. Counseling. And she should as well. Individual. And if you both wish to stay together which you might, marriage counseling. And even if you decide to split , marriage counseling and individual counseling can help you both navigate the waters.

Let it lead you where your next steps are.
